Bramble Hut

Hawthorn Hut
Set further down the field, Hawthorn offers a gentle escape. A private space to watch the seasons shift across the soft Devon landscape.
Alder Hut
Hidden in the far field for the ultimate private retreat. A quiet corner where the only sounds are the wind and the rustle of the trees.
Dabinett Hut
Resting within our orchard, Dabinett is surrounded by greenery. A sweet, secluded spot to wake up amidst the trees and morning birdsong.
Old Oak Hut
Guarded by a magnificent ancient oak, this hut feels rooted and calm. A soulful space to reconnect with the land in complete privacy.
Pippin Hut
Sit watching the wildlife, Pippin is surrounded by woodland. A sweet, secluded spot to wake up amidst the trees and morning birdsong.

The Hilltop Spa
As a guest at Pommerie, the hilltop spa is a central part of your restoration. Every stay includes evening access to this shared sanctuary, where you can unwind while taking in the sweeping views across the valley. Drift at your own pace between the warmth of the wood fire and the stillness of the hills for a moment of total relaxation. It is a peaceful, intentional end to your day. Private booking during the day is also available.

Wake up to a quiet, effortless morning. Our breakfast hampers are delivered directly to your door, featuring fresh pastries, homemade granola, creamy yoghurt, and seasonal fruit compote.
With artisan tea and coffee already waiting in your hut, you can enjoy a fresh breakfast at your own pace as the land wakes up around you.
The Outdoor Kitchen
A social space designed for cooking in the fresh air. Equipped with a pizza oven, wood coals, and full refrigeration, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal in the wild. Fully licensed and with a bar area overlooking the countryside, it’s a place to relax, eat, and watch the sun go down.
