As a guest at Pommerie, the hilltop spa is a central part of your restoration. Every stay includes evening access to this shared sanctuary, where you can unwind while taking in the sweeping views across the valley. Drift at your own pace between the warmth of the wood fire and the stillness of the hills for a moment of total relaxation. It is a peaceful, intentional end to your day.

Wake up to a quiet, effortless morning. Our breakfast hampers are delivered directly to your door, featuring fresh pastries, homemade granola, creamy yoghurt, and seasonal fruit compote.
With artisan tea and coffee already waiting in your hut, you can enjoy a fresh breakfast at your own pace as the land wakes up around you.
The Outdoor Kitchen
A social space designed for cooking in the fresh air. Equipped with a pizza oven, wood coals, and full refrigeration, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal in the wild. Fully licensed and with a bar area overlooking the countryside, it’s a place to relax, eat, and watch the sun go down.
